Local catering company Enos Farms will be transforming the Cafe at the General Store for 2 evenings- Feb. 13th, and 14th to celebrate Valentines Day. Enos’ specialty is sourcing high-quality, organic foods grown in and near the Driftless Region into a beautiful and tasty plate.
First course: fresh organic greens with cranberries and walnuts, a house dressing and brie, Second course choice of stuffed chicken breast, shiitake and bacon encrusted Enos Farms pork loin, or Shiitake encrusted and grilled Tempeh (vegan option) along side rice and quinoa and sauteed winter vegetables. For dessert we’re offering a choice between the chocolate layer cake with salted caramel and a caramel ganache buttercream, or mango ceylon (black tea with mango) creme brulee.
